Hello everyone..i am 29 and may, 2013 is going to be my 9th attempt in ca final and i have no work experiance other than articleship. If i become ca in this attempt and look for job, will i face any problem in getting one in the industry? Will my age can get me in trouble finding a job? I was so determined to clear my ca final that i put in all my efforts studying and didnt go out to look for a job.

If u ve Good knowledge of particular domain/Subject + communication skills and soft skills,ull definately get a good job.
A friend of mine passed CA in 8th attempt in Nov 2012,but had Very good knowledge of one domain..
He was Recruited by a leading Oil company for Annual package of 850000 per annum.
And it was through Campus Placement of ICAI.

I'd suggest to focus on the upcoming exams rather than speculating on getting a job.
A professional qualification will definately pave the way for a decent job!

Forget it dude just concentrate on your May attempt.
First clear ca after that no one will ask you about your attempt.

keshi...same here i m 30 nd dis wil be ma 8th attempt...presently m working in a company as accounts manger...forget abt d job and focus on study...u will get a good job...just use the time properly after d exams in getting some good experience..
Don't waste ur tyme in studies anymore.....................

After this May 2013 attempt................don't waste ur precious time only in exam preparations..................
Do job as well as study parallelly...................U just have to revise.
Give one gp. at a time , iff , as soon as u get in job...........
Otherwise, there will be nothing in ur hands................

Attempts does,t matter if u are going to clear ca exam in may attampt lot of example is available do't think what is past consantraint on future

These days, not only for those who've completed their ca in multiple attempts, but even for the first attempt cleared candidates, it's not easy to get a fair job. Anyways, my best advice will be to first focus on your upcoming exams rather than on your future prospects, for the time being.

As you are aware, since less than a month is at your disposal, it is high time for you to focus on the immediate challenge. Kindly, bear in mind that it is not the time to give a miss to all your previous hard works, which will antagonize you in the future.
As suggested by many, think of the May 2013 attempt and do not lose hope, keep your spirits high by challenging yourself, rather than self-pitying. Channelize your energy for the remaining days for proper study cum revision plan, to accomplish your goal.
It is many times easy to give up an attempt and later regret for your own follies. Do not get bogged down by sadists who may dissuade you from seeing light at the end of the tunnel, since you have travelled quite a distance, you should keep your hopes alive. Surely, god will answer your prayers, and for this, you need to work smart and harder to ensure that the month of July can bring cheers not only on your face but also on the faces of your loved ones.
