' 2 Important Tips for quick process of Income Tax Return Filling as far as my practical experience is concerned '

1) After filing , Practitioners can sign ( OTHER THAN u/s 44AB/DSC cases & Use Blue ball point pen only ) on ITR-V ( Income Tax verification Form ) on behalf of their clients & without wasting any time you have to send signed ITR-V to CPC Bangalore address as early as possible .

2) Send ITR-V through speed post bcoz it will take time 2-3 days only but pls don't mention ' Post Bag No 1 ' in case of speed post , ok , bcoz deadline 31/07/2014 for a.y 2014-2015 in case of individual .

Sir,

What is reason for not mentioning "Post Bag No. 1" while sending the speed post. Can you please let us know the reason behind this.

I endorse the view of Sh. Palash .The non writing the post bag number on the speed post means your letter will not added in post bag. which the department collect after a gap of time, further the letter will not merged with bundle which reqiure sorting and proceing by receipt departmnet of I.T

Friends ,,

First of all thanks a lot to all of you , ' Post Bag No 1 ' generally use for Ordinary Post , but in Case of Speed Post pls ignore ' Post Bag No 1 '.

In CASE of Ordinary Post it will take more than 1 month , but in case of speed post only 2-3 days and much more secure than ordinary post .

One more thing , in one envelope , you can send more than 25-30 ITR-Vs ( unlimited ) , ok and no problem with that .

Thank You Palash Sir for sharing! I did not learn these small tips in my entire articleship as the ITR-V were always handed over to the receptionist and she used to communicate with clients to get their signatures and do the posting job.

Thanks a lot to all of you , I know that it's illegal , but you have to make it through an efficient way , ok , that's my motive , in many cases clients are not been able to come & sign on ITR-V bcoz of long distance & many other problems also , that's why i just want to say that as far as quick process of IT filing is concerned, yes u can follow that.
