2.5 yrs time gap

I want to request ICAI to please reduce the time gap between registration as an article for article ship & CA FINAL exam due date from 2.5 years to 1.5 year .
• IF THIS REQUEST IS PASSED IN BOARD OF STUDIES THEN ICAI :- IF ANY STUDENT PASSES IN HIS CA FINAL EXAMINATION THEN CA DEGREE WILL ONLY BE GRANTED BY ICAI ON COMPLETION OF HIS CA ARTICLESHIP AND GMCS PROGRAM.

• BECAUSE OF TIME LAG MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING FORCED TO LEAVE CA BECAUSE IF THEY SATART STUDYING AFTER CA ARTICLESHIP IN 2.5 YEAR’S GAP COURSE IS CHANGED 5 TIMES. NEW AMMENDMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS.

• Reduce the articleship timings by 6 months and add INDUSTRIAL TRAINING COMPULSARILY IN CA COURSE.

• CA STUDENTS LACK IN PRESENTING THEMSELVES AND MBA STUDENTS EXCEL IN THAT.

LooKing towards all d comments people'want u to please reduce the time gap from Registering for articleship and Ca final exam due i.E 2.5 years...

Practical training plays an important role for final exams 1.5yrs vil be very short for it and if industrial training is compulsory it may affect those who prefer practice rather than employment

i totally agree with you on the presentation skill of MBA compared to CA. We got to improve on it..

@ chirag- I second every single word you have written. Articleship period seriously needs to be shortened and industrial training should be made compulsary after qualifying CA final exams so that we can also learn industrial work culture.. And after complying with all such formalities,  ICAI can give CA degree. We have no issues regarding that..

Atleast 3 months Compulsory General Managmement Training should be introduced to improve communication skills of CAs.

GMCS for new candiadtes have already been increased. previously it was in the last one year of our articleship but now on onwards it's to be taken for twice in the articleship period. once in the frst year of the training and the second one in the last year of our articleship.. 
and i don't think so they'll increase the duration of GMCS, they have actually made another things just like that, is the 6 weeks residential programme.. if in this program a student enroll himself/herself then GMCS is exempt.. 
 

@ chirag - bro i totally agree to all your points mentioned above, as the change of sylabus is main concern, and the duration too.. and the gap generated in these 2.5 years also causes gap to studies.. if it's actually get's reduced to some extent like u said would help the upcoming articl trainees a lot. 
but how ICAI will come to know our discussion, is there any way, please tell me, i'll post it to them too.
