it's acquisition question and for ur kind information if any question comes out of sylabus then it's decided in examination comittee .

one of my ca friend has checked ipcc copies. once marks is awarded by the examiner it is not increased unless there is totalling error or any unchecked question.in case of awarding full marks in any qn. specific instruction is given in the answer sheet itself. it is upto u to believe it but i cannot not reveal more details due to confidentiality.

Dear Samir, My 3 friends have checked copies of ICAI and they have also not given the marks but as i have talked with G Somesekhar for the same and he told me that in the commitee it will be decided . i also can't say more due to confidiality

I so wish this is true.. This can really boost my marks..My coaching teacher MP Vijaykumar did a similar problem in class...And from memory I got only 60% of the q in exam right.. So this was actually out of syllabus..Let's see
