there is no specific format for reply of notice u/s143(2)
it may be noted that intimation is sand by .i.tax deptt u/s 143(1) and not u/s 143(2)
if you have recived notice 143(2) it means that your file has been selected for scrutiny assessment
you should give details which is demanded under notice with in time mentioned in notice and documents books etc.
and there is no format for reply it.
