can we file a Reply by online for notice under 143(1a) for AY 2013-14

what is the nature of reply? Usually rectification u/s. 154 is filed online, in relation to any (apparent) defect.

Sir ..here the case is assessee filed the nil tax payable (TDS paid =Tax payable) for A.Y. 2013-14 but he didnt post the itr and it didnt get processed ..but he got the notice frm dept for 5k and their calculations in the sheet is differ from what assesse stated in his return.

When you have received 143(1a), implies the ITR has been accepted and got processed.

Now, check properly the difference between your filed details and the department's calculation as per 143(1a).

If you are sure about any point to be in-correct as per departmet's assessment, for which you have justification, file rectification u/s. 154 for any apparent mistake.
