I had a doubt...
One of our client is an STPI unit. It has an export unit & domestic sales unit. The exports unit has claimed 10A exemption.
So now, 115JB calculation should be done unit wise or company as a whole ?

IT SHOULD BE CALCULATED AS A COMPANY WHOLE.

Vidisha,
Sec 115JB is applicable on Book Profit. Profit & Loss account is prepared as a whole (not the unit wise), and hence MAT is applicable to all units.
