112 no. form is compulsary if i am doing any other course?

I mean, as such ICAI considers it mandatory.., but various students initially didnt bother... But nw wid strict regulations of institute and few unexpected or lets say few unwanted consequences, students have taken the matter seriously, and now are filling the form..
