pls can any one send me form of C form rectification Annexture 4
Reason at the time of quaterly application of c form i found 9 invoice but actually i have 11 invoice therefore i cancelled original c form thereafter i do return c form application of 11 invoice but i can not found c form rectification annexture 4 pls help me.
