    Hi All, I'm doing CWA(inter)& appeared in Dec 2007 exams but i will not get success due to poor performance. As u know the syllabus has been revised so, i want to ask u that the course will remain same as in Dec 2007 for me or i have to give exams according to new syllabus. Pls help.

    An corporate entity is registered with the Karnataka STPI and is an 100% EOU of Services only. Can the entity claim refund of the VAT paid on Inputs purchased? If yes, under what section and whats the procedure?
