    rm purchase-1000(20 kgs) vat-4 other expenses-5 total-1009 journal entry purchases dr 1009 party cr 1009 purchase cr 4 vat receivable dr 4 while recording consumption the avg rate (1009/20) ie 50.45 is used. please let me know if the aforesaid journal entries are correct.Also let me know if the issue price(50.45) for consumption is right or wrong

    There are changes(rather deletion in some part of hire purchase chapter) in hire purchase,due to introduction of revised schedule vi long back,you have to prepare every chapter accordingly.Focus on Ind AS alongwith AS.You can download may13 & nov13 rtps for all changes uptill now.Wait for any official notification by ICAI for any changes relevant to your attempt.It would be better if you go through latest practice manual of ICAI(download jan14 edition from ICAI's site as & when it is uploaded).
