Hello everybody, Its being a first time so, i really don't know where to start from.
I am nature loving person. Also a very friendly person, I always believe in keeping the relationship in all the

even i m staying in one room with my parents...still can i make rent agreement with my father..

Thanks , but u said that father should show this rent income in his return...but if he is not filing return becz he don't have taxable income...then will it fine...& can u tell me the section which support to this things

i have joined a shipping company based in vishakhapatnam as an asst. accountant and i don't have knowledge about TDS rates for current financial year so I need it very urgent and in what manner so tha ti could easily understand.if possible plese also mention some other useful information regarding tds. thanking you

An affidavit is different from deed. To satisfy the Income tax department about the gift given or received, an affidavit is required to be filed. I think that the affidavit requires notarization. I shall be grateful for the format of an affidavit.
