  • Minimum requirement to view the videos

    To view the videos you need 1) CAclubindia account 2) PC/Laptop with stable internet connection 3) Browser (IE9/FF/Chrome/ etc)

  • Can i download this videos ?

    No . Videos cannot be downloaded, these videos can only be streamed and viewed online. We also do not provide CDs/DVDs.

  • I paid for a course.. but i am unable to view the videos

    Please mail us with a screenshot of the error at coaching@caclubindia.com

  • Can i share/transfer this videos with my friends ?

    No. Videos are not transferable

  • Video is not playing ?

    If videos are not playing. Following might be the reasons 1) Internet not working 2) You have logged out of CAclubindia 3) Check for any virus 4) Stop any other downloads/torrents or antivirus update running in background 5) Your Internet bandwidth is being shared with some other computer 6) May be you are behind some firewall. 7) For wireless Internet devices(eg : photon/datacard) you are in areas were there is no/weak reception .

  • Video stream is slow

    All our videos are hosted on world class servers. At times due to network congestion you might face some issue.

  • I am getting stack overflow error

    This is a known issue with Internet Explorer 6/7/8 . we suggest you should switch to Internet Explorer 9 / Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox

  • Can i resume video from last point where i left ?

    To resume the video from last location you need to let it buffer again to the point where you last left it and then play from there. Your session time will not be used when the video is buffering, session timer is used only when the video is playing. Kindly note you cannot drag the video if its not buffered to your last location.

  • I have a doubt whom to ask

  • Do you provide notes ?

    Materials are provided in eBook format for few mentioned subject on the site.

  • Are the videos same quality as shown in demo ?

    Yes. Original videos are larger in size then demo video. They use approx 75% of your screen space.

  • What are the mode of payments ?

    Credit cards(except mastercard) , net banking(all major banks), debit cards(all major banks) and direct cash/cheque/neft deposit are the modes of payment available currently.

  • Do you accept offline payment ?

    Yes. You can make a cash deposit in our bank account. To make a deposit call us at 0-88803-20003.

  • My bank is not listed in your payment page

    You can opt for offline modes of payment viz cash/cheque/neft deposit.

  • Can i cancel my subscription ?

    No you cannot cancel your subscription

  • Video is stuck in middle ?

    Please start from beginning. Let the video buffer to the location where you last left it and then drag the player.

  • My net is slow..how can i view videos  ?

    Of course you can view the video over slow internet connection too. All you need to do is click on the pause button and wait for sometime so that video can get buffered. Minimum recommended speed is 512 Kbps.

  • Can CCI coaching be viewed on mobile or tablet ?

    Yes, you can access your classes through mobile and tablet also from anywhere & at anytime.

  • Chapters are missing from subject

    Content call is taken by the teacher and its a editorial decision. Teacher add/delete a chapter and topic keeping in mind limited time that a student has and to keep the video to the point.

  • Is this a crash course or full course ?

    Full course.

  • Are all the topics covered ?

    Topics covered are mentioned in the index. Content call is taken by the teacher and its a editorial decision. Teacher add/delete a chapter and topic keeping in mind limited time that a student has and to keep the video to the point. We strongly suggest you to go through the index of topics before buying a subject. We do not entertain calls/emails related to content/editorial issues.

  • When does my subscription expire ?

    Usually the subscription is for 1 year i.e two attempts, but please check terms and conditions of each subject below the subject details or speak to our counselors on 1800- 3000- 0505 / 088803-2003 to inquire about subscription duration.

  • Do i need extra hardware to view the videos ?

    Not exactly. For better audio and concentration you can use a headphone.

  • When will videos be activated once the payment is done ?

    Videos will be activated as soon as you make payments. If in case you are not able to view the videos even after making payment please mail us at coaching@caclubindia.com. Package purchase takes 12 to 24 hour for activation.

  • How many hour can i view the videos ?

    Number of ours depends on each subject as the length of each subject vary. Usually you can access each subject twice or more than twice. we would like to assure you that you will not feel non-sufficiency of the time and you will get ample time to revise and even to keep few additional hours for your exam days. Please check number of hours available for each subject in subject details.

  • How many times can i revise a subject ?

  • What are the discounts available ?

    5% discount for existing enrolled student and 10% discount is available for each group in IPCC/Final. On purchase of whole course of IPCC/Final a discount of 15% is provided.

  • What are the benefit of online coaching ?

    The major benefit of online coaching is that it gives you the ability study from  anywhere anytime as per your convenience. It saves your travel time and gives you the flexibility to repeat viewing of lectures.

  • How is the session timer calculated ?

    Timer is calculated only on the basis of number of hours you click play and the video is playing. Time is not calculated if video is paused and its only buffering.

  • What do you mean by buffering ?

    Buffering mean temporary download of video in your computer for viewing.

  • Few TIPS for viewing videos

    Play video for 20 sec pause it and then let it buffer for 10 min for smooth viewing.
    If you are leaving for lunch for 30 to 45 min while studying, we would suggest you to play pause the topics you are planning to study and let them buffer when you are on a break.

  • Where i can check my consumed hours ?

    You can check your consumed hours in My Enrolled Courses.

  • If I opt for a Pen drive whether it will support on multiple system ?

    Pen drive runs just on one system it should be a laptop or desktop.

  • Can I use this Pen drive after the expiry of the subject ?

    Pen Drives can used for personal purpose after expiry of subject or after viewing of stipulated hours

  • When the crash course will be available ?

    Crash Course are always available one month prior to the exam for few subjects.

  • Whether the E book/Physical book will be also in Hindi ?

    E book/Physical book will be always in English.

  • Whether the Pen drive will support on Tablet/Mobile/Mac Book/ TV.

    No

  • What is the validity of a crash course ?

    Crash Course is valid only for a single attempt.
