Hi dear friends,

Here I am sharing a moment with you when Riya my friend sat in the exam hall. She was sure that she did all her revisions 3 or 4 times so she convinced herself that don't worry Riya you know all answers and finally she got the question paper. Riya held the question paper with a great excitement and a hidden sense of fear. Riya read the question paper and estimated most of the questions from which chapters they have taken And then she got answer sheet and after filling her details she started to solve the selected question and that was the experience she can't forget for her whole life and that was the experience which I want to share with all of you and wish that nobody should experience that moment.

Riya selected the question to solve and as per her habit she first read the question completely in a slowly and careful way and then she kept the answer sheet on desk and held the pen in her hand and started to solve the question. But what happened to her? She was totally confused that how she should start the answer. She didn't know that what to do with the question as she could make balance sheets, She could give working notes, She could calculate shareholders share value but now She was totally confused and She took so much time to solve that question and also in the last of the question she was not sure whether she had completed the answer or perhaps there was a need of something extra working notes or some extra calculations. At that moment she was feeling that kash uske pass book hoti or vo ek najar solution ko dekhleti only for one minute then she could solve whole of the question paper without overlooking the answer but there was no such book. That was the exam center and she had just question paper, blank answer sheet and pen pencils and nothing to help her for giving her solution and some hint.

And I don't think that it is necessary to tell that what was the result because all can guess. Riya did all her revisions 3 or 4 times then why? Why this happened? I asked and then Riya shared her revision method that how she had revised as when she started to study as she was doing practical book in those days. She opened the book and then select the chapter. She already did that chapter now it was her revision time. She had already cleared all concepts regarding that chapter and it was that how she revised the chapters? She just select a question on priority basis as she can't solve all the questions in that chapter due to limited time. She read complete question in a slowly manner and then overlook the answer that there was a balance sheet of xyz company and working notes and in last there was a calculation of shareholders shares value. And then she started to solve that question without any support of the book and she never look the solution during the process of solving the question. She solved that question and finally she checked that her answer was correct. She was very happy and she did all her revision in this way.

But after facing that moment, now when she start to solve the questions at her revision time, she never try to overlook the answer and never try to take some hint from book because she know when she will go in exam hall then there will neither a solution book nor some hint. So if you feel same type of problem is also with you then please read the below mentioned tips and follow them otherwise you should not read these because it is not necessary that following these tips will help you. These tips will help you only if you are lacking these points otherwise you should look for further improvements whether you are lacking.

This time table is given Justas a sample. A student can edit or further make for other subjects also and can edit the time table as per his syllabus/study requirements.

To strictly follow a time table is as compulsory as to make a good time table. If we can't follow our time table then there is no use to make it. If you make target to start study at 8 o'clock then sit at your study chair before 10 minutes after finishing your all morning routines. You have to start your study at right 8 o'clock. Now as per your target you have to start first chapter. Here also we can do some time management that how to complete a chapter in 2 hours. Let's divide the chapter portion wise so that you can complete the chapter in decided hours. If it is hard to make this time management or tough to achieve this time management then simply complete the chapter in decided hours. Right 9 o'clock you have to start your next chapter. Yes you can take some 5 or 10 minutes extra for completion of first chapter but please don't take so much time otherwise you will have less time for your next chapter and then it will be delay for all chapters and you will not complete your revision as per your time table so leave some portion of the chapter if it is taking extra time.

It may be happen that you complete a chapter in less than decided hours then you can utilize this time in completion of your incomplete chapter.

The reason behind to make this time table upto 11 o'clock is that we can't follow our planning 100%. It happens that we take extra 1 or 2 hours to complete the target so if you can't achieve the target then don't worry you have extra time. You can complete your revision till 12 or 1 o'clock as it is not hard for a student to study late night and you can complete your target and then go for sleep happily.

If we want then we can take care for some other little things also.

1. Start with a small and easy chapter so that you can save more time for big and tough chapters.

2. Take every book, notes or any other thing related with your subject close to you so that you can avoid the wastage of time in searching books or things.

3. Take a wrist watch (not mobile) on your table so that you can keep an eye on flying time.

4. Take some water bottle at side of your table to save time.

5. Put a tick with pencil when you complete a chapter. It will give you a sense of excitement when you will see so many ticks at the time of putting next tick.

6. Do your lunch in some other room or place in your home as it will give you some change for 10-15 minutes because you have to do lunch and it is no usage to do at your study chair because you can't study while doing lunch.

7. Take some rest time (15 or 20 minutes max half an hour) only when you already did your revision in less than targeted time but only in evening.

8. Avoid eating snacks as it will slow down your concentration on study and it is not necessary to eat every time. You can enjoy after your exams. Vese bhukhlagi ho to khalena yaar.

9. Don't try to start a new chapter or a incomplete chapter as it will take more time and now you have limited time.

10. If you can't complete whole of the chapter then please complete some portion (which you already did) so that you can do some 5 or 8 marks question in exams as question paper contains short questions along with 16 marks questions.

11. Please recognize your strength chapters and complete their revision in that manner so that you can get full marks in that chapter's questions.

12. Please try to solve some of your weak chapters or some portion of book so that you can at least get some 2-3 marks in a five mark question. Every single mark is important to pass exams.

13. Please try to make the target of at least 90 marks so that you can follow for 80 marks and will achieve your target for 70 marks and examiner will give you 60 marks. It is very very hard that we make target for 100 and then follow for 100 and then achieve 100. Every time it will not be 100.

14. Don't waste your time at Whatsapp, Facebook or other sites and also not with your friends in telling them that how much you have revised.

15. Please take sleep of at least 6-7 hours during exam days so that you and your brain don't feel tired at the time of revision and exam.

Friends, Riya is just my imagination because it is reality that most of the students do this overlooking and this overlooking can't help them in achieving high scores. So please avoid this as much as possible.

All the best to all my friends for revision and exams.
