A Private Company Which does not have any Unclaimed Amount of Share Application Money & Unpaid Dividend.Is it mandatory to file Return of Investor Protection & Education Fund for Such Company.

i want to confirm taht here teh word used is "Companies". It means that Private Limited Companies are also required to file and upload the same information and what about closely held companies also.
