Rate of Interest in Cumulative interest alteranative is higher than the interest rate in simple interest alternative

If you want to compare the above investement alternatives at cumulative interest rate, you have to calculate Bank FD cummulative rate and compare it with cumulative interest rate paid by the NHAI etc. Hope you are cleared with the point.

thanks ritesh ji...Genrally Bond Issuing company gives interest Payament option to get Interst on Cumulative interest payament, Simple Interest Payaments.

article is very informative. i got 1 query. interest calculation in banks give option of cumulative interest rate. so in nhai tax bonds interest rate is simple or cumulative? and what will be effect on people with tax bracate of 20%? thanks

nice article.... one change I would suggest is that you should have compared all the 3alternatives together and you could have also incorporated tax savings fixed deposit also... overall its a very informative article...
