Whether these cost accounting rulue are applicable to Seed company which is involved in grading, treating seeds with chemicals and packing them for sale in the market?

criteria for applicability of CARR,2011 is turn over and networth as of last preceding financial year.Going by the applicability criteria, the applicability will have to be determined in the second year of operations. Please advise.

Dear Krunal, Please note that If a company is developing constructing the flats/offices on it's own land thru the various contractors even then Cost records COmpliance Report has to be filed with the MCA

construction co is covered from year 2011-12. subject to fulfilling any of three conditions.

hi sanjay, no , construction co is covered under Cost Accounting Records Rule if T/O is 20 cr or above. networth is 5Cr or above co is listed or in process
