No 55/2007 filed by the Centeral Administrative Tribunal was dismissed on 21.07.2008 on the ground that petitioner has sought the relief contrary to Rule 10of CAT (Procedure) Rule. He requested the Court permit him to approach the Tribunal by filling review petition.

After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that O.A.
