Shipping Bill is GR Cleared still receiving Letter for Outstanding Inward Remittance

If the Shipping Bill was cleared by our AD Bank, but recently received a Notice for Outstanding Inward Remittance from 2nd bank (a different bank), where the remittance was actually landed. In such a case, whether file the documents for BRC again with the 2nd Bank, or is there any other method?

In this case, you should consult with the 2nd Bank and inquire about their specific requirements regarding the Notice for Outstanding Inward Remittance. They will be able to guide you on whether you need to file the documents for BRC again with them or if there is an alternative method to resolve the issue.

In this particular case, our AD Bank has cleared the Shipping Bill with the complete amount, and in BRC there is no mention of Inward (which is in fractions). Therefore, submission of BRC available on DGFT sounds to be of no use as it no where indicates closure against those Inwards.
