24 February 2024Can a Pvt Ltd Company reduce the salary of Directors in the middle of the year because of poor financial performance? From 1.5 Lacs to 1 Lac per month? Company is already in loss from past 3 years and has carried forward losses.

Why not? Protecting bottom line for its stakeholders supersedes paying Director's salary if Director has given written consent?
