MY question is1. How to get 80G certificate for Hindu religious temple

2. What is the procedure for hindu temple to get the 80G certificate

Hi Karan,

Thanks for your interest, The hindu temple is old (more than 200 years). The temple is now fully demolished. Some persons to rebuild (renovate) the temple,

1. NO Trust board,

Dear PAsupathy,

80 G deduction is not allowed for relegious purpose.If you are really interested in getting the 80 G, prepare the trust deed without relegious clause and get the approval.
