Submission of Corporate Governance Report All Companies whose securities are listed on the Stock Exchange(s) are required to submit Corporate Governance Report on a quarterly basis within 15 days from the end of each quarter, to the stock exchange(s), under Clause 49(VI)(ii) of Listing Agreements Clause 49(VI)(ii) of Listing Agreements is reproduced below for your ready reference. “The companies shall submit a quarterly compliance report to the stock exchanges within 15 days from the close of quarter as per the format given in Annexure I B. The report shall be signed either by the Compliance Officer or the Chief Executive Officer of the company”
