09 May 2024after obtaining completion certificate, builder sells one apartment out of total 6, whereas remaining 5 apartments were sold before obtaining completion certificate;
Yet builder insists for GST on flat being sold after obtaining completion certificate
How to handle?

GST is not applicable on sale of completed flats where agreement is entered post completion certificate. It is against the provisions of GST law.
