Job specific information
Describe how you can use your experiences and background to meet employers' requirements. This is the 'sell yourself' paragraph (or two). Summarise in bullets what special things you have to offer this employer and briefly point out particular achievements and skills which qualify you for the work. This is also the place to tell them why you are applying for this particular job.


First sentence must be with Active voice.
You must mention the enlosed document name in begining it-self.

Then follows all passive voice sentences. And these must be very simple and should not be 
a lengthy to read.


End sentence must be in Active voice again
At the end use a future contact sentence

This final paragraph should be short and to the point. You do not need to restate all that has already been said. Close by informing the reader of your next action and availability for interview.

These are the blunders

1) SMS language (eg i go2 there,
2) Writing like ......
3) spell and Typo  mistakes
4) without puctuation. 
5) forwarding cv from a sent item
6) Sending through a bcc

Finally you read once again and presume you as a employer/recruiter. If you satisfy then only click sent.

These are the instances, I explained. Please note that, recruiter will spend only 15 sec and come to a decison to run through your CV or not. Now you decide what you will write and how will you impress.
