CCI PRO Referral Program Terms & Condition

1. Eligibility

• The Referral Program is exclusively for CAclubindia PRO Members.
• Receive a 2 months PRO extension for each successful referral.
• Your referrals save a 10% discount when they sign up using your code.

2. Referral Process

• A unique referral link will be provided to each eligible user.
• You may share this link via social media, email, or other channels.
• A referral is valid only if the referred user clicks your link and purchases the CAclubindia PRO subscription.

3. Referral Rewards

• For every successful referral, the referrer may receive rewards as described on the referral page.
• Rewards do not include cash, credits, or discounts and are subject to change at CAclubindia's discretion.
• No reward will be issued for self-referrals or fraudulent activity.

4. Reward Payment

• 2 months PRO extension will be credited to your registered account within 7 days of the referred user's successful payment.
• CAclubindia reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Limitations

• CAclubindia may limit the number of referrals and rewards per user.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.

6. Modification & Termination

• CAclubindia reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Disqualification

• Any misuse or abuse of the Referral Program (e.g., spamming, impersonation, creating fake accounts) may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Liability

• CAclubindia is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or system errors that may affect participation or reward processing.
