• We are looking only CA dropout, B.com Graduates for who can help in client management and documentation
• Candidates with experience of articleship / internship from reputed firms and industry experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Should carry a very good attitude and willing to work on any work assigned
• Responsible for handling day to day accounts of firms and Small and Medium Business Organization
• Help in the filing of annual return of companies with ROC
• Should have Knowledge in vouching and verification of books of the firms during the audit period
• Accounting, taxation background
• Good knowledge about all the taxation and policies
• Help in incorporation assignments for Company /NBFC/ LLP/ OPC/ Sole Prop. / Nidhi/ Section 8/ NGO/ Trust etc.
• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• All other CA work like GST, PF, ESIC, Trade Mark, FSSAI, ISO, IEC, etc.
• Client management

Job would be of a Financial analyst within which the candidate would be analysing the data, creating budgets and will be doing financial planning and MIS reporting of a leading company based in Gurgaon. The candidate would be working directly with the management including CFOs/VP/Global Heads and therefore the candidate must have good communication and analytical skills with fair working knowledge of accounts and excel.
We need people who are willing to join immediately.
Also in case any candidate is selected, he/she shall sign a minimum bond period of 6 months.
Candidate willing to relocate to gurgaon or residing in gurgaon shall be preferred.

Ensure all the payments are released as per decided timelines.
Ensure statutory deductions and compliances of TDS, GST or any other statutory compliance requirements as per statutory requirement and timelines.
Ensure regular vendor reconciliation and closure of reconciliation points.
Ensure all the organizational policies and procedures are adhered to and deviation.
Responsible for proper maintenance of books of accounts as per Ind As and Companies Act.
Ensure all internal Financial Controls are adhered to on a timely basis.
Ensure timely closure of all audit related issues and queries.
Working knowledge of GST & Tax laws for Domestic and International transactions.
Compliance with contracts and SOP policies.
