Candidate having atleast 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance
1. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, EPF, Income Tax compliance
2. Having knowledge of Tally, invoice processing, accounts receivable, balance sheet finalisation, general ledger accounting, reconciliation, booking keeping, ledge posting, taxation of various entities, payment processing, audits, day to day reporting, MIS, cost analysis and coordination with banks for day to day banking requirements, payroll process.
3. Good in excel, words and MIS reporting.

Location: Kanpur preferable.
She can avail the facility of "Work From Home" provided she has valid reasons for that.
Required skills are:
1. Working knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books.
2. Knowledge of TDS and GST provisions.
3. Expert knowledge of Income Tax provisions, exemptions and deductions u/c VI-A w.r.t Individual taxation.
4. Knowledge of MCA website and able to extract required documents from the related sites.
5. Proficient in MS-Excel and MS-Word.
6. Excellent spoken and written English.
7. Effective communicator at all levels of the organization and externally with customers or third parties
8. Ability to deal with senior leadership within Finance and business.
9. Proactive in approach and strong desire to learn new things.
10. Comfortable with numbers and analysis of the results.
