• Completion of Tax returns, TDS returns, GST return, audit reports, Tax planning
• Certificates under Income tax & GST Laws
• Managing day to day functions in relation to taxation viz Direct
• and Indirect taxes.
• Review, preparation and timely completion of GST returns - GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A,
• GSTR1, Annual Returns, Reconciliation of GST ITC mismatch, GST Audits.
• Submissions with income tax authority w.r.t or scrutiny assessments, reassessments, if any
• Rectification, refund, and other correspondences under Income Tax Act
• Tax Returns, TDS Return, Audit Reports, Certificates.
• Computation of tax provisions, deferred tax workings, advance tax workings.
• Assisting with various tax projects related to tax planning, restructuring, due diligence, audit and accounting for income taxes.
• Lead technology and process improvements (working along with other tools and opportunities available) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely compliance and reporting.
• Work with finance and other cross-functional teams to implement and improve end-to-end tax processes and procedures to mitigate risks.
Skills & Experience : Reqd. CA
Preference shall be given to candidates who possess:
Experience in Direct Taxation / Corporate Taxation Advisory & Litigation Services at reputed consulting / CA firms / Industry
Practical experience of representation at Tax department is essential
Expert technical knowledge
Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
Sound commercial knowledge
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
