certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property tax or rent receipts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Land deeds or rent receipts copies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>States<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Assam<\/td><td>1. Individuals owning land in Assam.<br>2. Residents of Assam for a minimum of 20 years.<br>3. Those whose parents or forefathers have resided in Assam for 50 years.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Bihar<\/td><td>1. Residents in Bihar for the last 3 years.<br>2. Persons who have their own property, house or land.<br>3. Married women whose husbands are residents, minors whose parents are residents, and those listed on the voter\u2019s list.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chhattisgarh<\/td><td>1. Studied in Chhattisgarh for five years, born in the state, or property owners.<br>2. Residents for 15 years or children of government employees.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Delhi<\/td><td>1. Residents for more than 3 years or property owners.<br>2. Women married to a person who is Delhi residents.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Goa<\/td><td>1. Permanent residence in Goa.<br>2. Female applicant will be eligible to apply for the certificate if gets married to a man who has a permanent residence in Goa.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Gujarat<\/td><td>1. Individuals born and residing must be for at least 10 years.<br>2. Family members of residents, property owners with Record of Rights (RoR), and women married to Gujarat residents.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Haryana<\/td><td>1. Applicants or their parents must reside in Haryana for at least 15 years.<br>2. Women married to men who have been residents for 15 years.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Himachal Pradesh<\/td><td>1. Residents for atleast 15 years, property owners, or those with a residential property but staying elsewhere for work.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Jammu and Kashmir<\/td><td>1. A person has residents for 15 years or those who studied and passed exams in the Union territory.<br>2. Migrants and their children, and children of Central Government officials who served in J&amp;K for 10 years.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Jharkhand<\/td><td>1. Permanent residents or women married to permanent residents.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Karnataka<\/td><td>1. Permanent residents or those living in Karnataka for the last 6 years.<br>2. Property owners and women married to permanent residents.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Madhya Pradesh<\/td><td>1. Permanent residents and living for the last ten years or women married to permanent residents.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Maharashtra<\/td><td>1. A person resident for the last 15 years or parents are permanent residents for more than six years.<br>2. Women married to permanent residents of Maharashtra.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Odisha<\/td><td>1. Continuous residents for at last one year or those with Record of Rights for property or women married to permanent residents.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Punjab<\/td><td>1. Permanent residents, those living in Punjab for three years, property owners, or women married to residents can apply after marriage.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Rajasthan<\/td><td>1. Applicants must be residents for a minimum of 10 years or women married to bonafide certificate holders.<br>2. Minors whose parents have a bonafide certificate in Rajasthan.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tamil Nadu<\/td><td>1. Applicants whose guardians or parents have lived in Tamil Nadu for more than 6 years.<br>2. state\/UT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create an account on the website and sign in to the portal with your credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u2018<strong>Services<\/strong>\u2019 and then \u2018<strong>Domicile Certificate<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete
