straightforward and less time-consuming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New Tax Regime slab rates are <strong>same for all categories<\/strong> such as Individuals, Senior citizens, and Super senior citizens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DeductionsExemptions_Available_under_New_Tax_Regime\"><\/span>Deductions\/Exemptions Available under New Tax Regime<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rebate: <\/strong>Rs.25,000 is applicable with total income up to Rs. 7,00,000 (not applicable for NRIs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard Deduction For Salaried Employees:<\/strong> Rs.75,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Family Pension Deduction: <\/strong>Maximum limit Rs.25,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Employer&#8217;s Contribution to NPS under section 80CCD(2):<\/strong> The deduction limit is 14% for government  + Other employers.
