returns for which taxpayers has short time limit for GSTR-3B filing, so the deadline has been extended accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"For_monthly_filers\"><\/span>For monthly filers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The GSTR-3B filing deadline is extended to 22nd January 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"For_quarterly_filers_October-December_2024\"><\/span>For quarterly filers (October-December 2024)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>States\/UTs in Group 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered persons whose principal place of business is in the States of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, the Union territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New Deadline: <\/strong>24th January 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>States\/UTs in Group 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered persons whose principal place of business is in the States of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya, Assam, West Bengal, Jharkhand or Odisha, the Union territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Chandigarh or Delhi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New Deadline: <\/strong>26th January 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure
