We are enhancing the services on the site. The services will not be available from 10th Jan\u201925 12:00 AM to 10th Jan\u201925 06:00 PM. Kindly come back later! In case of any queries, please call us at 1800-103-4786. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"GSTR-1_Filing_Extended_Deadline\"><\/span>GSTR-1 Filing Extended Deadline<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the downtime, the due date is extended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>CBIC sent an incident report to consider extension in filing date.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notification extends the deadlines for filing GSTR-1 for certain taxpayers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For Monthly filers:<\/strong> Due date extended to 13th January 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For Quarterly filers :<\/strong> Due date extended to 15th January
