Note: You cannot withdraw or cancel your exam form during this period. Only specific corrections are allowed.

- Login to the ICAI Exam Portal: https://eservices.icai.org
- Go to “Correction Window” option after logging in
- Select the changes you wish to make
- Double-check all details before submitting
- Click Submit and download the updated correction slip
