I have a "Private Limited Company" Registered at Kolkata, West Bengal in 2010. Main Objectives are: Construction, Consultancy Whole-Sale, Retail, Export-Import etc etc. I did some construction work under this company name in Assam.

The Company Name is - Flourish Consultancy Private Limited. Audit & Other thing are clear. We are 2 partners as Director each has share of INR. 100,000.00

Now we want to sell our company. Please let me know if there is any buyer for this company.
