The NET JRF Paper helps everyone to pursue professorship as their career. The NTA UGC NET 2020 exam was earlier conducted by the CBSE but from December 2018 onwards, it was conducted by the NTA. UGC NET Syllabus Paper 1 & Paper 2 and Exam Pattern based on the official notification. Go through the official website to know more about the eligibility criteria and date of examination.

The UGC NET exam is divided into 2 papers- General Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Paper 1 is compulsory for all candidates regardless of the choice of subject in Paper 2.

Paper 1 comprises 50 objective type questions of 2 marks each.

Paper 2 consists of 100 objective type questions, also of 2 marks each.

There is no negative marking for wrong answers anywhere.
