I have uploaded the X M L file of form 3cb-3cd prepared by Compubal and attached the signed BS PL . Missed to upload the pdf format of Form 3CB-3CD. Also my client accepted it.
My doubt is whether it is mandatory to upload 3CB-3CD in pdf format also? If yes, what can be done now and how?
