This is from a power speech by Theodore Roosevelt

"It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.

Point in Fact : Dont ever be discouraged by those who comment on your failures without having knowledge of what it takes to be in your shoes and perform in the first place.
