What do you mean by void agreements????????Are agreement of social, religious, and moral nature void, if not then whats the logic.PLease help. Thanks in advance

As per Scetion 2(g) of Indian Contarct Act, " A agreement which is not enforceable by law is void"
It means those agreements upon which you can't sue the other party !!

Yes, the agreement of social, religious, and moral nature void
becuse you can't sue someone,
For example, for not going with you for a walk or for a temple, etc. after promising you !!
These are void ab-initio (from the begining) !!

Another example,
If u promise your friend to discover treasure by magic,
then your friend can't sue you for not doing so....!!

You may note the distinction between VOID ageements and ILLEGAL agreements. All illegal agreements are void but all void agreements need not be illegal.
