Respected Members/ Experts,

I would be grateful if you could advise whether a duly constituted attorney can apply for digital signature (in the name of the person giving such authority).

Due to old age the person has difficulty in signing documents and has given a General Power of Attorney which is duly registered and includes specific clause giving power to apply for digitial signature & to sign documents digitally.

I look forward to your valued advise.
