@ suvajit ,totally agreed with you. Practice is like a lovely venture which has its own joys, comforts&long term benefits,respects...so on and so forth...For starting practice a group is required so that firm's knowledge base diversify. But its not so easy..we have to learn the tricks of making clients from the generally accepted practices. If we work united with full dedication then that day will not be far when society will salute to young entreprenaurs. Mind it!!

This situation is because of too much result in last two attempts, there are so many CA's in the market.....

If there is one opening, companies are calling 10 to 50 candidates for interview.

"I saw a interview of sourav ganguly when he made come back in indian team, he was asked about the reason of his come back and ganguly said that he made his come back because he was doing well in domestic cricket & there was a place vacant in the indian team. Only good performance in domestic level can not get you in the team unless there is a vacant place for some one."

I think the same is happening with us, we cleared CA final exam but there is no place for us in the market.......

Yes The magic of CA profession is over.  Now days there are many other areas of specialisation which are doing really well.  The main reason is that CA profession itself has not updated itself to the changing needs of market requirement...
