All courses are designed for some specific purpose and to deliver professionals who endeavour to achieve the purpose. The role of Company secretary is gaining importance in today's world. For significance of company secretary please refer section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956. Apart from compliance certificate, a CS in practice also co ordinates for work relaring to ROC. Compliance, secretarial, ROC, there are many areas where CS has exclusive authority to sign. Hence you can plan for CS.

In companies bill 2013 CS has given more priority by giving secretarity audit nd recognsing as key mangerial person in organization so it is gud course nd obivusly they will get good offers

Divya, do not judge any profession by remuneration. CS is course that takes you to the Top Management of a Corporation. A CS is now a Key Managerial Person in a Company.

If you have courage to sit with Top Management, become a CS. Do not think twice. All the best.

Dont bother abt d remuneration... If u prove urself... The co wil pay over ur expectation... Develop ur skill... And think widely.... Definitely u can be a cs with a gd reputation and salary
