We have recently incorporated our company and it has been a journey of discovery for both me and my CA(I am his first Software/Export client) on what rules are applicable and what rules are not.
Other than waiting for the inspector from the various departments (labor/tax/municipal etc.) to "visit" us and point out what section/sub-section of the law we are not following Is there a comprehensive document/checklist which lists out every compliances applicable for our business case.
I am currently aware of the following
IEC Code -- For Export
Softex Registration -- For Software Export
Monthly GST Filing
Monthly Softex Filings -- For Invoices
We are planning to employ our first employee in a month or two(Will still be below 10 employees). What are the additional compliances we will have to incur for this?
