There is 1 dealer who is in Maharashtra and a company in Delhi and provides the goods in huge stock and there are some smaller dealer who gives orders to the company which is in Delhi. after taking the order the company pass on the order to the dealer which is in Maharashtra and the dealer transfer the goods to the smaller dealer. the bill will be on the name of smaller dealer and the small dealer will pay the amount to the company in Delhi. the dealer in Maharashtra is only an commission agent who only transfer the goods.
in this case is this E-Commerce operator and will the company deduct TCS on the name of dealer in Maharashtra.
the dealer in Maharashtra was only trading for other goods and services now he has started the commissioning too. now is he have to amend any details in his registration, goods and services list and is there any formalities to complete.
