The company is under liquidation. The last date for sending claim forms to the liquidator has been passed within FY 2018-19. So as a Statutory Auditor, can I suggest the company to write off all creditors who have not submitted the claim forms? I am asking this on the basis that since the company is under liquidation and the creditor has not submitted the claim form (irrespective of whether it is admitted or not), these creditor will not be paid by the liquidator, so there is no point keeping them in books. Please give suggestions. Thanks.
