Dear all,
I have completed my articleship in march 31st.But i was in my village in attending the marriage but my CA has not submitted the form to institute.Kindly guide me.Also guide What are the forms need to be submitted?

Dude it s negligence on your part ya it s right that it is the duty of CA to inform but why he would. u should have taken steps that it reaches the institute. k gone is gone nothing can be done now. now what u do is :
take a dd of rs. 500/- because there has been delay of 30 days.
and submit form 108 thats all.
nothing will happen and u will receive the orders from the ICAI that yes u r out of the jail after serving your 3 years of articleship.
