Withdrawl of money from HUF.

I have an HUF which has two members and one Karta (all are major).
All three persons have contributed different amount of capital at the opening of HUF.
Now what is the best way to withdraw money:-
1. Withdrawl of money by a single person irrespective of his proportion in Capital ( Other members do not have any objections)
2. Withdrawl of money in equal proportion or capital proportion by each person at each time.
3. Cannot withdraw capital. Take Interest Loan from HUF.
