I have completed more than 2 years of articles and wish to take transfer from my firm to another. My principal has agreed to the same verbally but is demanding an 1 month notice period from me.
1) Is it necessary for me to give a notice of 1 month before taking transfer?
2) If after 1 month my principal denies me to give transfer and doesn't sign 109 then What other options do I have?
