How to check whether a company is registered

I would like to know where can I find if a company is registered to do business in Mumbai. The said company issues purchase invoice as well.
How to know if the company is authorized to issue purchase invoice and import goods by the name they are doing business.

Check, on MCA portal under name availability section or find CIN section, it will display the current position of the name of the company.

Sir I can't find the name of the company on MCA portal, but they have TIN number. so can this company do business?

And how can I find owner of the company because I doubt company have some fake owner.

If a company have TIN, it does not mean it is doing business, but you can says it business nature entity.

you give the name i will find the same.

Name of the company is - System Integrators & Engineers.
As discussed earlier I think they have some fake owner. Can we find if the company can issue purchase invoice,do business and owner of the company?

As per MCA records this is not a company registered under MCA. It can be other kind of entity.

07 May 2013 Sir,TIN of the company is - 27090289395V, 27090289395P & 27090289395C. same company has three TIN.

Can one company have some many TIN?
