one of our client (resident) has nre account in india. his son transfers money from abroad to his account. is this taxable in the hands of father?

what if his son is R&OR ?

Is service tax or vat or both are applicable to clinical labs and sonography centres?

which course should i opt n i want such a course that could help me in entering into TAx bar association.

I m thinking to go for MBL(Masters in business Law) whether it will help me or not.
tax bar association requirements are u/s 228 whether MBL course is among that or not..

On pressing F2 it is not accepting the date which is in future to the current date.I have tried bu changing the current period i.e by pressing Alt+F2.I am already working in Current period 2008-09,still I am unable to change the current date as it is not accepting the date in future to current date.I am working in Current Period 08-09 and current date is 2Feb 09 and it is not accepting the date 4 Feb 09
