• I am a member of Kerala Football Referees Association since 2012. Being a qualified referee I had been in many situations requiring swift action and applying proper management in conducting a match. So in a related real-life situation, I could read such crisis and act authoritatively.

• I did my ca article ship in a firm called Balan & co, established in Aluva, Kerala having two branches within Kerala.
